Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 28 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

        1. Contact Us:

• Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

        2. Return Authorization:

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

        3. Shipping:

• Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
• Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Opened or used support braces and foot care products for hygiene reasons.
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
